DUMPLA: Organizing Activities Within a Universe
DUMPLA shares its vision of universes where people and organizations can organize activities and capabilities.
IMAGIA’s listening helps understand the activities people and organizations imagine; DUMPLA explores how to express them in universes with participants and conditions. This conversation continues in IMAGIA’s Q4 2026 vision.
In CONGLOMAR’s vision of building nations, building and operating universes contributes to understanding and developing each territory. This work is defined with the people and organizations involved in each project.
DUMPLA presents an experience for building and operating universes that relate activities, participants, tools, and intelligence capabilities.
Building a universe means defining which activities will take place, who participates, which resources are used, and what conditions make coordination possible. These questions arise in personal activities as well as organizations.
Imagine a laboratory preparing a study. One person sets the objective, another organizes materials, a system helps analyze information, and a responsible person reviews the results. Each participant needs an appropriate role and access for their task.
An activity’s resources can include places, capabilities, or entities participating according to different natures. Each effective manifestation of a Species is identified by a Spectre. Their composition is related to context and does not imply that all parts share permissions.
An experience may involve people organizing an activity, specialists contributing knowledge, and systems carrying out authorized capabilities. Each participant has a context and role. Organizing those relationships makes it possible to explain how the work proceeds and where review belongs.
Organizations interested in this work can present their needs through the appropriate channel. Each proposal will define its counterpart, scope, and conditions.
